Dinner selections (please specify your choice when registering):

London Broil - Choice tri-tip marinated and slow-roasted, topped with mushroom demi-glaze
Chicken Oscar - Boneless breast of chicken topped with Chilean crab and asparagus
Salmon Filet - Fresh Atlantic salmon filet seared and finished with a lemon dill sauce
Vegetarian - TBA

All dinners include tossed salad, fresh vegetables, warm rolls and butter, and fresh brewed coffee, tea, iced tea or milk. Assorted cheesecake for dessert. Wine will be served and there will be a no-host open bar.

Meals

LSC meeting: Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks are catered by Terry Santini/Great Impressions. Contact Terry Gunter [gunter_t@ligo-wa.caltech.edu, 509.372.8106] with any special dietary requirements in advance.

F2F / satellite meetings: Coffee / tea will be served in the morning. Lunch and snacks will be provided in the afternoon.
