The MIT LIGO Group is hosting this first weekend Data Analysis Conferences.
It will be held on the Tufts University Campus due to the availablility and
reasonalbe cost of their conferences facilities.

Lodging
The Tufts University Conference Bureau will provide on-campus dormitory
housing June 4 and 5. These accommodations are furnished with twin beds,
bureaus, desks, chairs and a closet. Each room is supplied with linens,
pillows, blankets, towels and soap. In most of the residential halls are
shared private baths.
Each residential hall is equipped with laundry facilities, vending machines
and various recreational options (pool table, ping pong table, video games,
etc.). All of our residential halls are staffed 24 hours a day by a member
of our conference staff to insure your convenience and security. Each room
is supplied with a "guest guide" outlining University services, policies,
contact numbers, and hours of operation.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am unless special
arrangements to extend occupancy have been made. Residence Halls are open
24 hours for guests with unusual arrival times. Housing fees must be paid
by arrival. Keys and meal cards must be returned at the end of your stay.
There is a $55 charge for any key not returned, and a $10 charge for any
meal card not returned.

Meals
All meals and snacks will be offered by Tufts Dining Services beginning
with dinner Friday June 4 through lunch Sunday June 6. Please contact

The LSC Dinner will be held at the Mugar Hall June 5, 7:00 pm.

Parking
Attendees will receive a parking pass when checking in. Passes should
be displayed on the dashboard and are not valid in metered spaces, fire
lanes, Medford and Somerville streets, or the Dowling Hall parking garage.
Parking is available uphill in the Carmichael lot, downhill in the
Cohen/Aidekman lot, and around campus in designated areas. Overnight
on-street parking is prohibited. Parking on Medford and Somerville streets
is restricted as posted.
Computing
If you want network access (wired or wireless), you must be registered.
We've incorporated the network registration into general registration process,
so that you will be able to send us all information at once.
When you are ready to register for the conference, please
fill out the General Information form at the
registration webpage.
You will be asked to enter your date of birth (day and month only). This
information will be used to create each user name and password.
