Lodging

The Tufts University Conference Bureau will provide on-campus dormitory housing June 4 and 5. These accommodations are furnished with twin beds, bureaus, desks, chairs and a closet. Each room is supplied with linens, pillows, blankets, towels and soap. In most of the residential halls are shared private baths.

Each residential hall is equipped with laundry facilities, vending machines and various recreational options (pool table, ping pong table, video games, etc.). All of our residential halls are staffed 24 hours a day by a member of our conference staff to insure your convenience and security. Each room is supplied with a "guest guide" outlining University services, policies, contact numbers, and hours of operation.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am unless special arrangements to extend occupancy have been made. Residence Halls are open 24 hours for guests with unusual arrival times. Housing fees must be paid by arrival. Keys and meal cards must be returned at the end of your stay. There is a $55 charge for any key not returned, and a $10 charge for any meal card not returned.
