Blocks of rooms have been reserved in Cambridge area hotels at the MIT rate.
All the hotels have non-smoking rooms and high-speed Internet. Reserve your
room ASAP as rates increase substantially once released.

Parking is very limited around the campus.

within a 5-min walk from the meeting room,
we suggest that you
do not rent a car and use public transportation instead.
