Blocks of rooms have been reserved in Cambridge area hotels at the MIT rate. All the hotels have non-smoking rooms and high-speed Internet. Reserve your room ASAP as rates increase substantially once released.

Meals and LSC Dinner

Continental breakfast and deli buffet lunch will be served at MIT. Contact Marie Woods (mwoods@ligo.mit.edu, 617.253.4824) with any special dietary requirements in advance.

Parking

Parking is very limited around the campus. As both hotels are within a 5-min walk from the meeting room, we suggest that you do not rent a car and use public transportation instead.
