This LIGO Scientific Collaboration (LSC) meeting on data analysis is
being held just before a separate meeting where gravitational-wave
analysts will mingle with numerical relativists. Please note that the
registration is separate for these meetings. Also, the LSC meeting
attendance is for LSC members only. Please contact the

We encourage you to register immediately for the NRDA meeting since space is
limited. Based on expressions of interest to date, we believe we can
accommodate everybody who wishes to attend. If requests exceed available
space, then the scientific organizing committee will contact every group to
insure balanced representation at the meeting. We will inform all those who
request to participate on the status of attendance once we have a headcount.

Lodging
Blocks of rooms have been reserved in Cambridge area hotels at the MIT rate.
All the hotels have non-smoking rooms and high-speed Internet. Reserve your
room ASAP as rates increase substantially once released.

Parking is very limited around the campus. The Hotel @MIT
and the Kendall Hotel are
within a 5-min walk from the meeting room. The Radisson
Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from the
meeting room. We suggest that you
do not rent a car and use public transportation instead.

We will be using the MIT wireless networking
infrastructure to support the connectivity for this
meeting. Please see

As a reminder, the LIGO Laboratory rules for use of
Lab computing equipment can be found

There will only be limited access to wired Ethernet
ports. Wired Ethernet access will not be available
in the main conferences room.
