The meeting will be held at the Sonesta Hotel, which is within walking distance of restaurants and other businesses so it is entirely possible to take public transportation or a taxi from the airport and avoid paying for a rental car. The Sonesta Hotel was the conference site for the December 2007 LVC meeting and the GWDAW 12 meeting.
The hotel overnight parking charge is USD 27 and this allows guests multiple entries into the garage. For the day-only conference attendees, the discounted flat rate is USD 18 and this is good for single entry only. Valet parking USD 20.
