Progress Report
The next reporting period ends August 15, 2001. The web forms are for brief summary reports. If your progress report contains graphics or complex equations, please send it in PDF format by email to Rita Torres. Complete a Progress Report web form for each Attachment. Each form has space for 5 tasks. You may submit multiple forms for an Attachment if you have more than 5 tasks. The task field has been changed again. It has been shortened and renamed Task Title. Please enter the task's identifying letter or number and a brief title. Complete a Participation Report form for each Attachment. List the names of the participants and the percentage of their LIGO time spent on all tasks for the Attachment LIGO will combine the separate submissions into one final report per organization. Plan You may use a web form to submit your Research Plan for the next 6 months. The form is similar to the Progress Report form. Your input will be incorporated into your August 15, 2001 MOU Attachments. Complete a Research Plan form for each Attachment. Each form has space for 5 tasks. About the Web Forms Please fill in the boxes consecutively on the forms.Your prose will appear as you type it in the text boxes. The boxes accept light formatting such as bullets or paragraphs. Bullets may not appear on the Review or Confirmation forms but be assured they are preserved on the printed report. Most special characters are accepted except the vertical bar ( | ) and the double quote ( " ). If you receive any error pages while using the web forms, please use your browser's Send Page command (under the File menu) to send the page to webmaster@ligo.caltech.edu. |
